The most advanced Far Infrared Technology from Japan Our New state of the art Baked Carbon panel heaters comprise of multiple heat sensors that are calibrated to ensure continuous FIR heat at a lower surface temperature than other infrared sauna heaters.The design of our Baked Carbon panel heaters allows for better performance well within the "Vital Range" of 7 to 14 microns with a good portion at 9.4, which is the frequency at which a water molecule resonates or vibrates. This optimal micron output also allows for deeper penetration of far-infrared heat, which may improve body conditioning and well being.The design of our Healthstart Far Infrared Saunas will ensure you are covered from head to toe with soft FIR heat and uses less power than other FIR saunas. How Are CarbonTech™ Heater Panels Made? • First we start with a fiberglass panel with embedded copper strips - There are NO WIRES used in the construction of the CarbonTech panels • On top of the base panel a layer of Ultra-Conductive carbon material is laid and baked on, this is to ensure an even spread of Far Infrared Heat. Prior to laying the panels, they are passed through a special machine for a rigorous cleaning process to maintain the integrity of the carbon - to our knowledge NO OTHER company protects the integrity of their carbon panels by using this method • A fiberglass panel is then placed on top and laminated to effectively “sandwich” the carbon, further protecting the carbon material. CarbonTech™ panels use the thickest layers of fiberglass on the market, so our panels don't flex or bend like some other manufacturers' panels, AND are 100% NON-TOXIC. • In the last step, the CarbonTech™ panel is fitted with a protective fabric cover for the safety of your family or clients as it does get hot to the touch. We use a 100% NON-TOXIC long lasting lab tape. Healthstart™ Quality Control Healthstart™ are 100% committed to providing superior quality products. Our manufacturing facility rigorously tests every sauna to meet the very high standards WE DEMAND. Our Managing Director, Shane Carrol ALSO inspects EVERY unit at our factory prior to loading. ALL units are also inspected by an electrical safety board inspector before loading into the shipping containers. We are the only Sauna Company to do this. ALSO, each unit is inspected at our warehouse prior to dispatch to your home or business. That's a minimum of 3 times that each unit we sell is inspected. Shane is notorious for detail and is involved in ALL aspects of research, design and product development, so if any problems arise, they are rectified PRIOR to production. 	RoHS Certified The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment".  This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.
	TUV Certified An electrical product bearing the North American TUV Listed mark signifies that it was tested and meets the minimum requirements of prescribed product safety standards. The mark indicates that the manufacturer's production site conforms to a range of compliance measures and is subject to periodic follow-up inspections to verify continued conformance.
	ETL AND ETL-C Safety Certified Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL) was founded in 1896 by Thomas Edison, and is one of the oldest product safety testing laboratories in the world. Certification by ETL and ETL-C assures you that all Signature models have been tested to meet both US and Canadian safety and performance standards.
	CE Certified The CE Mark is a requirement for products sold to the European Market. The CE Mark identifies a product as complying with the health and safety requirements spelled out in European legislation and is mandatory for equipment operating in the European Union (EU).
	C-Tick Certified Before a product covered by the EMC regulatory arrangements can be sold in Australia it must be tested to applicable standards and labeled. The label comprises a C-Tick mark and a unique supplier identification. The C-Tick mark is intended for use on products that comply with EMC standards. The C-Tick mark is a certification trademark registered to the ACA by the Trademarks Office and is only to be used in accordance with conditions laid down by the ACA (Australian Communications Authority).
